Villa 22

Villa 22 covers a total area of 2000 ㎡, it is designed by Ling Zida, who is the founder of Daguan international architectural design firm. Chinese people are particular about Feng Shui because we believe it will affect people's body health. The true meaning of Feng Shui is [Nature], it emphasizes at combining human beings with nature and uses sunshine, air and water these three elements of nature to run through into the interior space. The designer takes water as the thought, art as the form and poetry as the environment, creating a modern light luxurious artistic conception with high quality from vision to feeling.
The whole villa has five floors from top to bottom, covering an area of 2000m². In addition to the banquet hall, restaurant, water bar, reception hall and bedroom, it also includes various leisure and entertainment functions: gym, study room, video room, entertainment room, etc., the spaces are independent from each other and meet the owners’ space needs of multiple scenes in their real use process.
Get rid of vulgarity from dust in the city, we all look forward to meeting our home by chance. It might be lively and cheerful or simple and quiet, but we all can find what we need at home. The designer breaks the inherent pattern of the building and forms a magnificent empty area in the atrium by orderly adjusting the original spatial layout.
It runs through the five floors from top to bottom and becomes the main vision of the space. The excellence in moving line, lighting, soft decoration, materials, colors and processes has achieved the texture of the space and responded to the avant-garde lifestyle required by the owner. It also uses a large number of international first tier brand furniture products, FENDI sofa, GAMMA single armchair, CANTORI cloth sofa, ALF side cabinet, REFLEX coffee table, GENIUS office chair, etc., so as to meet the owner's pursuit of life quality.
