CCCG · Future Masterpiece Demonstration Area, Huizho

The project is the demonstration area of CCCG · Future Masterpiece, a residential development located in the core of Tonghu Ecological and Smart Zone of Zhongkai Hi-tech Zone, Huizhou, Guangdong Province. As a part of the residential community, the demonstration area is also an important window of the city, and the inclusivity shows its uniqueness.
The main building has an L-shaped layout. Connecting corridor and walls enclose a cozy inner courtyard space while leaving enough space for the square along the street. The enclosed courtyard-style layout gives birth to an introverted space that offers a sense of belonging. The large-area waterscape and the main building are fused together, thereby forming a close connection with each other. The combination of various materials generates a surprising visual experience.
In terms of architectural appearance, the designers made full use of linear building shapes to expand the demonstration area’s display surface and create a vivid building image. Light-colored materials and large-area glass curtain wall highlight the main building’s lightness and transparency, while also enhancing its visual identity.
The simplistic facades can accommodate to the changes of light and bring natural landscapes into the white-toned interior space, evoking a delicate sensory feeling.
The main facade adopts silver-white aluminum plates, metal lines, ultra-clear glass and artificial stones, etc. With interpenetrating and staggered volumes, the demonstration area reveals simplistic exquisiteness, subtly meeting modern people’s aesthetic taste.
The ultra-clear glass guides visitors’ sight lines to the natural landscapes in the inner courtyard. Here, nature is no longer a supporting role, but a significant part of the building. Through modern minimalist design techniques, the demonstration area is perfectly blended with natural landscapes.
