Tseng Min-Kang & Hsu Kuei-Wen are two designers from CHI-R Interior Design with a broad range of experience in designing as well as architectural designing. Winning the TITAN Property Awards with their project "Sculptural Art of Virtual and Reality", they are here to make a mark in the design and architectural industry.

We are Min-Kang Tseng and Hsu Kuei-Wen, a team of 2 designers majoring in architecture.
2 What is your role in the company?
Our role is to ensure smooth work in space creation and design planning integration.
3 Please tell us more about your company / organization.
We founded CHI-R Interior Design, a simple, small-scale studio consisting of several new-generation designers. We are always trying our best to provide new lifestyles for people, spaces, and the environment.
To provide the best services, we prioritise the residents' perspective, completing a design space of personal style, perfectly integrating the residents' habits and design aesthetics, and implementing the core awareness of the art of life.

5 Could you briefly explain about the winning project / title you entered into the 2024 TITAN Property Awards, and why you chose to enter this project?
This project incorporates special building materials and cutting-edge design concepts. Combined with the uniqueness of the original architectural layout, the design became more intriguing.
6 What were the biggest challenges you faced with this project?
The balance between design ideas and practical budget constraints.
7 How has winning this award developed your practice / career?
More people inquire about our design style due to recognition and affirmation through awards.
8 For Property Developer, Architect and Designer, what makes a “good” property design?
A good property design would be one that has demand. Having a lower supply but higher demand for the design means that the design is doing something right and good.
9 Describe your property design style and its main characteristics.
Simplicity, modernity, and alignment with the practical needs of users.
10 What made you / Why did you choose to become an artist / designer / real estate agent / property developer?
The pursuit of aesthetics.
11 What’s your favorite kind of design and why?
Modern style for sure as there will be fewer constraints while designing.
12 What led you / your organization to become successful within the industry you are currently in?
The insistence on design and standardized management.

We have bold innovation which makes it specifically unique.

The collision of cultures under globalization serves as opportunities for the birth of new phenomena.
15 How has the country, you are based in, helped move your industry forward?
The freedom of design.
16 Where do you see the evolution of the real estate industry in the next 5-10 years?
The property market is gradually rising in areas with demand, while it is declining in areas with no demand.
17 Who has inspired you in your life, and why?
Both ordinary and extraordinary things can evoke different levels of emotion, from which we find enduring aesthetics.

The key to success is perseverance. Keep calm and carry on.
