Located in Taicang, a water town in Jiangnan with a long history of Loudong culture, the Project has an ecologic dominance in this place where Tianjing Lake accords with Xinlaoliu River and also has a strong cultural atmosphere. In this superior area integrating natural and urban resources, the architect extends the exquisite artistic lifestyle based on the portrait of “Metropolitan”, and explores a living space fully reflecting the level and style of the fashionable city under the contemporary aesthetic culture.

With the people-space relationship transformed constantly, the role definition of real estate sales space has evolved from sales function to life experience hall, and “free-sales space” has become a trend. Without a single function of the traditional sales office, the social space, personal living space, and other space are integrated into one body to show the multi-functionality of the future community.

When entering the hall in F1, you will open a “time gate”, and the large crystal chandelier in the middle can reflect its light like a circle in the room from morning to night with the change of season and time, and a mysterious and elegant first view is formed to show the vitality of the space. For the interior, it follows the quaint columns in the architectural design as the visual segmentation point of the space to improve the spatial level and visual sensibility.

The Project follows a style of “inheriting classics while the following fashion”, so the whole space has many classic style edges and corners and florid decorations, steady but active, classical but fashionable, low-key but luxurious.

Metal and marble are used in many places to create a solemn atmosphere, and leather is mixed in the texture to present a little low-key ornate elegance.
