SUNAC Fengyu Lake Art Center

'No Boundaries Here, New Life Future' is the latest design concept of Sunac, which reflects the new generation's spiritual proposition of self, know-me, and by-me. The whole art center's architecture, landscape, and interior images start with the ripples of the water of Wuxiang Lake, which together revolve around this theme.

The artistic circular elements are quite trendy, and circular spaces of different sizes are staggered on the square to form the framework of the site; the artistic waterscape is the most intimate greeting gesture to visitors, and the dazzling art interactive installation gives a strong color impact both in the daytime and at night; the three-story building body is covered by continuous and uninterrupted glass curtain walls along the corner of Dongfeng Road to Phoenix Road, creating an inclusive community public art Beyond the curtain wall, the four pendants with curved elements and the curved eaves at the entrance together form the outer corridor, wrapping the glass form of the whole building; the light and shadow passing through the pendants on the curtain wall traces the four times of the day, which is the most romantic and dignified side of the building.

The interior space incorporates elements of the coffee bar, book bar, art exhibition, and real estate sales, and all functions are organically integrated through the use of a large number of wooden skins. The entire building is linked by 2 large curved staircases, where the space is completely flowing, just like the ripples of the lake water dispersing. It is a stairway step, a bookshelf, and a seat for people to sit and read books and gather. The whole art center creates a desirable lifestyle, allowing people to forget the worries of life for a moment and enjoy a moment of delight and peace.
