Powerlong Sales Center, Zhongshan

Zhongshan is located in the heart of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, linking the east and west of Guangdong. The project is a property sales center located in Qijiang New Town, Zhongshan, China. The design team drew inspiration from local natural context, and integrated “flower” elements into the spatial design and decoration.
The light strips on the ceiling illuminate the reception area and property model display area. The property model display area connects with the expansive, open lobby, and the French windows provide an open view to outdoor natural landscape. Functional areas are interconnected with each other. The suspended ceiling structure highlights a simple, clean geometric aesthetic, and the long straight lines visually expand the depth of the space.
Drawing on the RGB color model, the negotiation area adopts the contrasting color palette of blue, red and white, which appears highly recognizable and memorable.
The sofa area is dominated by long light-colored sofas, and brightened by red single sofas. The floor lamps are placed on both sides in a symmetrical manner, showing symmetrical aesthetics and shaping the spatial order.
The bar area is endowed with privacy, small and exquisite. The smooth metal and leather furniture echoes with each other, adding an understated luxurious touch to the space. The ink wash landscape painting on the wall injects poetry into space.
The living room incorporates the quintessence of Lingnan tea culture, bringing a cozy and relaxing immersive environment. The red and white sofas well harmonize with other elements in the space. The red light strips embedded in the tea cabinet produce an aesthetic light and shadow effect, and delicately blend Chinese red elements into the space.
The suspended ceiling and walls in the VIP room are mainly finished with wooden materials. Both the sofa and the tea table employ neo-Chinese design languages, full of ancient and modern charm. The larch bonsai and Chinese Zen-like floral art fill the space with oriental aesthetic charm.
