GZ·PAZHOU CENTER·PAZHOU MANSION #03 & #04

Located along the banks of the Pearl River and at the heart of the Greater Bay Area's core development axis, this project takes "Air Yacht · Setting Sail" as its conceptual theme, paying homage to the bustling commercial prosperity of the Thirteen Hongs and the voyaging spirit of the Maritime Silk Road. The design adopts "yacht culture" as a symbol of freedom, nobility, and a fluid lifestyle, transforming the space into a yacht docked high above the city. It seamlessly integrates business hospitality with private leisure, establishing a "land-based premier lounge" at the riverside landmark of Pazhou.

The design objective is to create a high-end living paradigm that blends business with residence, and international vision with humanistic warmth. Leveraging the international perspective of Pazhou Mansion, the project caters to multinational executives and business leaders, redefining the pinnacle of residential living through the concept of "contemporary elegant luxury."

In terms of execution, minimalist partition walls and flowing circulation routes enhance spatial transparency, while dual-curtain walls extending nearly 50 meters bring the riverside skyline into full view, crafting a living experience that seems to "float" above the city.

The innovative highlight lies in using the yacht as the narrative thread, integrating efficient office spaces, elite social circuits, and smart home living systems. This reshapes the boundaries between luxury residences and business functions, transforming the dwelling into a definitive statement of identity and lifestyle.
