The project is located in Yancheng city, Jiangsu Province, which is on the shore of the Huanghai Sea. The 582 km long coastline makes the salt and drought land have an inborn connection with the Marine civilization. The history of Yancheng development is a history of Marine development. The design theme of the project is “Source Seeking” and “Context Building”, which means to excavate the history and to build the future life scene with the mark of the time with modern and livable style integrated.



The project is located in the downtown, where there are a number of main roads leading to all parts of the city. The site has a complete set of living facilities and rich landscape resources, and is also a key area in the work of old city promotion.



Sport loop was used to connect the story line of its ocean memory, which is taken as the theme to derive 9 theme functional groups. Integrating the history and cultural connotation of the site into life experience.
