LONGFOR Summit Land reimagines urban living through its yacht-inspired design. By combining horizontal fluidity with vertical depth, the project breaks the boundaries of its compact footprint to create a multi-dimensional sanctuary where architecture, landscape, and functionality unfold in harmony.
The transition from the city to the residential community is smooth and graceful. The design reaches out to embrace the adjacent 2,000-square-meter municipal park, creating a grand entrance ritual spanning over 60 meters. A foundation of Wave Grey stone sets a tranquil atmosphere, while champagne-gold stainless steel accents trace a sleek silhouette. Symmetrical trees and a central, tiered water feature evoke a sense of rhythmic order, weaving natural energy into the homecoming path. This integration achieves a soothing transition, guiding residents gently from the bustling city into the serenity of the residential community.
Descending into the sunken courtyard feels like discovering a secluded riverbank along the Jin River. Here, the design embraces wild charm, featuring specially selected Chinese Holly and lush greenery. A central floating platform evokes the tranquil ambiance of a riverside tea lounge. Surrounding this sunken courtyard is the 1,800-square-meter clubhouse, comprising eight distinct spaces such as a soaring book bar and a squash court. Spanning three levels, the book bar features expansive glass that invites landscape views inside, dissolving the boundary between indoors and out. The walls feature a leather weaving technique that replicates the texture of intangible cultural heritage bamboo weaving, accented by Chengdu lacquer art paintings. Through these exquisite details, the space conveys a profound sense of serenity and refinement.
The facades embody the concept of “Lustrous Silk Washed in the Jin River.” It captures the river’s rhythmic flow and the exquisite texture of Su Brocade. By combining sweeping horizontal lines and soaring L-shaped curves, the structure achieves a “super-fluid skin” that is expansive and dynamic. Material selection is also meticulous. The southern elevation is defined by the interplay of expansive aluminum panels and ultra-clear glass curtain walls, while the side profiles are finished in premium grey imitation stone paint. Accents of champagne-gold metal lines add a touch of sophisticated luxury to the overall atmosphere.
