Yuanchuang Oya Block is more than just a commercial space; it represents an innovation in lifestyle.
Breaking the constraints of traditional commerce with a "non-standard" philosophy, it integrates nature and urbanity to create a rare riverside commercial landmark in Xi’an that embodies the trinity of "Pet-Friendly + Bike-Friendly + Low-Carbon Living".
Whether for business professionals, art and culture enthusiasts, or families on outings, everyone can find their own sense of relaxation and sophistication here.
This urban landmark, which combines natural vitality and artistic sensibility, is injecting new momentum into Xi’an’s commercial landscape.
Precisely filling the regional gap for high-quality boutique commerce, the project adopts "non-standard commercial" as its core design direction, deeply integrating Chanba's ecological resources with commercial spaces to drive the transformation from an "ecology + exhibition" model to a "commerce + culture" paradigm.
Pioneering the "Natural Forest Valley" concept, the project creates an innovative spatial model of "retail beneath the canopy, offices above the trees," transforming conventional office spaces into a vibrant gathering place that connects future lifestyles. By seamlessly integrating natural patches into the urban fabric, it breaks the monotony of traditional municipal roads, infusing park-like qualities throughout the urban interface to create a commercial nature promenade where seasonal growth is perceptible year-round.
Regarding urban interface reconstruction, the iconic gateway structure at the northwest corner employs "Photosynthetic Future" as its design concept, combining digital light-media technology to create a new urban catalyst balancing visual identity with interactive experiences. Rejecting replicated formulas, the project utilizes immersive waterfront art scenes to meet diverse demographic needs, achieving differentiated breakthroughs. It redefines an urban commercial interface that is welcoming, vibrant, and natural, providing an innovative paradigm for urban renewal and non-standard commercial development.
