This project is developed across two plots, with a total area of 38,469.1 square meters and 38,469.0 square meters. Located near a linear urban park, the design adopts a holistic strategy to integrate the park, community, and urban fabric. The community follows a central axisymmetric layout, inspired by traditional Chinese garden design, creating a progressive courtyard sequence that includes a front park, clubhouse courtyard, and central sunken courtyard.
The buildings are arranged in a north-high, south-low formation to enhance spatial hierarchy and ensure unobstructed park views. Urban greenery and a three-dimensional garden system connect the community with nature, offering dual walking loops that promote a green, healthy, and livable environment.
The site is elevated 6 meters above urban roads, isolating the community from urban disturbances. Commercial and supporting functions are placed along the urban interface to foster a vibrant atmosphere, with pedestrian and vehicle separation ensuring safety and convenience. Public landscape staircases and elevators connect different elevations within the community.
The design creates a tranquil living experience, incorporating sunken courtyards and garden house units with fully lit basements. High-rise ground floors are elevated to provide multi-functional lobbies, while each unit, except for the 75-square-meter layout, is equipped with bay windows and utility platforms to enhance usable space. Garden house units feature staggered terraces, while duplex units offer flexible layouts with double-height living rooms and expansive terraces.
The building’s facade uses a full glass curtain wall system, with floor-to-ceiling windows, decorative glass elements, and curved lines to create a grand and transparent "full-screen crystal facade." The color palette blends coffee, dark gray, and elegant orange, while the design incorporates both traditional and modern architectural styles.
Sustainability is a core focus, with energy-saving measures, green building standards, and prefabricated construction techniques. These strategies improve thermal insulation, soundproofing, and ventilation, reducing energy consumption and enhancing residential comfort.
