Symphony Tianjin

This project marks a new benchmark as Tianjin’s first residence area to embody “Aman-style Quiet Luxury.” It translates the hotel’s signature ethos—inner serenity meets the urban pulse—into a tangible living experience, transforming a compact, mature site into an exclusive low-density, and artistic haven where deep privacy coexists with immediate urban access.
The architecture is defined by “Boundless Aesthetics,” characterized by sweeping curved glass and horizontal metallic lines that evoke the fluid silhouette of a curved screen. The main tower’s facade combines Crystal Gray glass with silver, gray, and golden aluminum panels, featuring a precise window-to-wall ratio of 0.41 to enhance transparency and energy efficiency. At the entrance lobby and the unit foyer, a premium material palette—including Patek Philippe Green marble, luminous Afghan jade, ultra-clear glass, and golden aluminum panels—deepens the essence of understated luxury. Even the street-level commercial frontage is thoughtfully designed to harmonize with the urban fabric, finished in Starry Gray marble and detailed with exquisite golden lines.
Homecoming becomes a ritualistic, immersive journey, beginning with exquisitely crafted entryways at the ground and basement levels. At the main entrance, a cantilevered canopy extends like welcoming arms, drawing you beneath a starry ceiling. Here, the deep hues of dark green marble blend with the tactile warmth of Aman-inspired woven textures, evoking the intimate welcome of a boutique hotel. Stepping inside, the lobby presents a palette of premium materials: Turkish Beige marble, Italian Fendi Gray marble, and Alpine Sky-Blue quartzite converge to create inviting warmth and timeless quality.
Rooted in Aman-inspired aesthetics, the interior design fosters a narrative of serenity and belonging. In the master bedroom, corner windows draw in abundant light and frame the landscapes, blurring the boundary between indoors and out. The open-plan layout integrates the kitchen, dining room, living room, and balcony, creating an airy atmosphere conducive to daily connection. Every functional zone is generously scaled for utility and comfort. Beyond the physical realm, Symphony Tianjin injects new vitality into the district while honoring Tianjin’s heritage through a modern lens.
