Deer One Mansion

This project is located at the heart of Quanzhou's Donghai Central Business District (CBD), where the city's historic core meets modern development. Positioned adjacent to the coastal park, it offers a unique combination of urban and natural landscapes. As a flagship project, it plays a vital role in shaping the city's skyline and creating a cultural bridge between old and new urban areas. The design integrates residential units, serviced apartments, hotels, open public spaces, and venues for contemporary art and lifestyle, fostering a dynamic, future-oriented urban hub.
The design's core concept revolves around the idea of "connection," inspired by the natural environment. The building's vertical segmentation reflects the rhythm of the sea and layered rock formations, creating a harmonious link between nature and architecture. The dual-facade system incorporates both horizontal and vertical elements: the horizontal aluminum plate facade echoes the coastline's extension, while the vertical fins emphasize upward growth and the efficiency of a modern CBD. This innovative design creates a distinctive visual identity and urban presence, standing out from traditional building forms.
Functionally, the project redefines the CBD experience, blending office spaces, residential areas, and public art zones. A combination of open public spaces and event venues makes it a vibrant district for all-day engagement. The design also ensures seamless vertical circulation through a zoned core tube and intelligent management systems, ensuring privacy and comfort.
Sustainability is woven throughout the design, with energy-efficient strategies such as sunshading devices and natural ventilation. The integration of large green areas promotes ecological value, enhancing both the building’s environmental and aesthetic impact.
