Yun Qi Feng Hua

This project presents a collection of 275–550 m² residences that embody the aesthetics of the Song dynasty, located on Jinan’s Olympic Central Axis within the White Springs Green Corridor. Realized as low-density townhouses, it is conceived not as a garden of mere plants and precious stone, but as a contemporary landscape-realm whose value transcends any such inventory.

China State Construction · Fengqi Fenghua is guided by this conviction. Drawing imagery from Song-dynasty paintings and orchestrating rockeries and watercourses, the development revives the garden wisdom codified in the Yingzao Fashi, while translating the life aspirations of today’s elite into a “living Song” landscape—a paradigmatic garden on the Olympic Central Axis that germinates from cultural grain and ripens through the slow distillation of time.

The garden’s character is carved into time-worn texture. We reject instant scenery; instead, we set century-old sculpted pines as the structural spine and cradle Taihang “golden” stones as the rhythmic pulse. Every gesture of pine, every vein of stone carries the narrative of nature. A “blue-mountain screen,” employing the blank-reserve technique of Song painting, turns the cycle of seasons into visible poetry.
