The project is located in the core area of Hongqi District, Xinxiang City, Henan Province, China. This is a prime location for the eastward development of the city. The residential complex is surrounded by complete and convenient living facilities such as education, medical care, leisure and business. The design is people-oriented, integrating resources through methods such as external borrowing of scenery, internal garden creation, order establishment, and functional implantation to reshape the value.

Firstly, architects establish the spatial framework. Under the dual constraints of a plot ratio of 2.1 and a building density of 20%, 12-story townhouses and 17-story mid-rise residences are arranged from south to north in an ascending order, with two large flat townhouses interspersed in the middle. The layout is symmetrical along the central axis, customizing a homecoming ritual that integrates nature, art, and craftsmanship, creating a prestigious community model. The planning space is flexible and transparent, with each building enjoying a generous building spacing and an excellent view.

Secondly, by deconstructing and reassembling traditional garden-making concepts, a contemporary interpretation of "poetic dwelling" is presented. Three super cross-shaped central landscape areas are formed by the buildings, allowing residents of each building to enjoy a panoramic and multi-angle view of the natural scenery through borrowing and penetrating views. Strolling in the garden, the scenery changes with each step, providing a better living experience.

Thirdly, the process of residents "returning home" is designed as a ritual for both physical and mental relaxation. The main entrance on the north side and the super-long urban interface on the west side form the first scene of homecoming; the successive entrance lobbies, central gardens, and group spaces inside create a respectful homecoming route. The living space is no longer just a residence but becomes a "living theater", carrying the emotional connection between people and nature, and people and the community.
