CHAO GUAN TANGIM

The project is strategically situated at the eastern gateway of Chaoyang District, Beijing, merely 8.5 kilometers away from the China World Trade Center (CBD). It serves as a crucial display interface for the capital's international image. Endowed with a well-connected transportation network and comprehensive municipal facilities, the project adjoins urban park green spaces to the south, with mature residential areas flanking its east and west. Leveraging the radiating influence of the CBD and the region's ecological resources, it aspires to create an ideal residence that blends international elegance with local sentiment.
In terms of planning and layout, seven residential buildings are arranged in a staggered pattern, aligning with the site's texture and facing south, forming a spatial configuration that is lower in the south and higher in the north. This design maximizes sunlight exposure and panoramic views. Centered around the core concept of "wide building facades and spacious gardens," the buildings are laid out in a star-like formation along the main landscape axis. This not only embodies the traditional feng shui wisdom of "gathering qi and sheltering from wind" but also interprets the Eastern cosmic view through modern techniques. The community adopts a symmetrical layout centered on a ceremonial axis, creating an enclosed super central garden through the staggered arrangement of buildings. A 240-meter-long ceremonial axis is constructed from the main entrance on the east to the secondary entrance on the west, connecting the community gate, clubhouse, landscape living room, central garden, and secondary entrance. This forms a five-entry ritual space, enhancing the sense of community belonging and noble experience.
