The limitations of the pandemic have kept on-ground activities and sales operations to a minimum, affecting the usual process involved in the purchase of high-ticket items such as real estate. Given the nature of our selling activities where face-to-face interaction with clients is a standard - bringing them to open houses wherein they can experience the property, the community, and the lifestyle the project brings. A virtual property tour and improved homebuying solutions on top of Avida’s online presence were necessary.
These Property videos are made to walk them through the property, show them the common areas, the actual turn-over status of a unit, the amenities as well as the location and surrounding establishments where the property is located. And to represent our property better, we have invited our sales team to be the hosts of the property videos, here they introduce the available unit and promo offerings. Our Salespersons use this video in their online small-group presentation with their clients as part of the sales process. After viewing it, they proceed to discuss payment terms and finances and further questions they may still have on the property.
With these videos, we have transitioned smoothly to the new normal by utilizing digital marketing tools. Made it convenient for our buyers to help make their buying decision, and keep the sales momentum going.
