This project is co-created by China Overseas Property and DAS Design (Dasen Design). Located in Zhengzhou, it takes "Casting the Azure Sky in the Spirit of Tripods, Embodying the Times in Roof Ridges" as its design inspiration. Drawing on the bronze heritage of the Shang Dynasty capital, it revitalizes the industrial site, and infuses the charm of ancient cypresses from Songyang Academy into the "garden of life" — allowing the shade to filter out the hustle and bustle of the city, and the cracked sky-blue celadon glaze to reflect the silhouettes of four generations. Amidst this dynamic city, it becomes a poetic humanistic dwelling.
As the door gently opens, the prologue of "Azure Sky as the Theme" unfolds here. The living room is guided by simple curved forms: a round coffee table paired with a metal side table, calm and restrained, rests beside the curved sofa — showcasing exquisite craftsmanship in every detail. Beyond the floor-to-ceiling windows, the boundary between indoor and outdoor spaces blurs in the depth of field, leaving every blank space open for exploration.
In the conservatory, the stone table resembles a sky-blue celadon water pot. Among the scattered porcelain vessels and flower vases, the design breaks the single circulation path of the entrance. With a grand vertical living room layout and a double-entry foyer, it creates a composite garden space that combines the ceremonial sense of entry with the function of afternoon tea relaxation. This micro-garden, integrating the philosophical connotation of oriental glaze colors and modern scenarios, quietly takes shape.
The master bedroom uses a decorative wall to partition public and private areas while integrating form and function. Its design goes beyond a mere divider to serve practical purposes: stepping into the walk-in closet, it extends deep into the space, with natural light filtering in from the end to set the tone of the space. The wall lamps and wall decorations embedded in the walls continue the sky-blue vein of Ru porcelain, allowing a relaxed and comfortable style to quietly permeate the room.
