Huafa Phoenix Mansion

Huafa Phoenix Mansion is situated in Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai, adjacent to Xiangshan Lake and Phoenix Mountain Forest Park. The site is bordered by Meixi Reservoir to the north, boasting abundant landscape resources and a prime location. The project comprises residential units and supporting facilities, with a site area of approximately 79,000 m² and a total gross floor area of around 340,000 m², featuring a plot ratio of 2.7.
The design elevates the residential blocks on stilts, integrating commercial spaces, ancillary facilities, and elevated parking to create a comprehensive "super life platform." By channeling the surrounding mountain and water landscapes into the site, the project centers around the theme of "Forest Isle Residence," forming a central ecological oasis. The natural topographic variations are leveraged to craft rich, three-dimensional tiered gardens.
Nestled along the shores of Zhuhai's Phoenix Mountain Reservoir, the project embodies the core concept of "Phoenix Creek Valley, Diverse Living," seamlessly blending natural landscapes with an urban luxury retreat experience. The design draws inspiration from the dynamic posture of a phoenix in flight and the local cultural context, weaving diverse functional spaces together through meandering, stream-like landscape pathways to create a hidden natural sanctuary of understated luxury. Meticulous diamond-cutting architectural techniques are reflected in details such as paving, feature walls, and water features, creating a geometric interplay of light and shadow. Phoenix patterns and feather motifs are artistically reinterpreted in landscape structures and decorative details, symbolizing the contemporary evolution of regional culture. The result is an urban oasis that harmonizes natural wilderness with refined craftsmanship.
