Rongfa Jinyue Grand View ·Rongcheng Yaji

The project is located on the Wangzhuang plot in Fuzhou, Fujian Province. As Wangzhuang enters the modern urban era, the growth of the city brings new memories. On this land that combines prosperity and nature, Jinyue Grand View follows the urban texture of Wangzhuang and blends with the surrounding living scenes, giving the city a more abundant living environment. Jinyue Grand View Club covers multifunctional spaces such as swimming pool, fitness center, private banquet, tea room, etc. The design is themed "A silk thread weaves through the cultural context of Fuzhou", and the Fu silk banyan embroidery is used as the thread to connect the eight scenic spots of the former site of this project, South Park. The glorious memories hidden in history of South Park are the background color pursued by the design. As one of the important birthplaces of the Maritime Silk Road, Fuzhou silk embroidery has condensed into a cultural symbol representing Fuzhou over thousands of years. In the design, the integration of elements such as the landscape of South Park and Elephant Park into the space highlights the unique cultural genes of this project. Time is like brocade, time is like embroidery, weaving together the past and future of the city.
