This proposal aims to transcend the functional attributes of traditional sales centers, drawing inspiration from the spiritual essence of A Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains to create an “artistic realm palace” that embodies Eastern landscape aesthetics and modern living artistry. It is not merely a showcase for the project, but a cultural journey that reimagines the ideal way of dwelling, where every visitor encounters their envisioned “thousand-mile rivers-and-mountains dream home” within the poetic space of azure-green landscapes. Inspired by Wang Ximeng’s masterpiece from the Northern Song Dynasty, the design integrates the grandeur of azure-and-green landscapes into a modern sales center, transforming it into a three-dimensional “living landscape painting” where one can wander, admire, and dwell, embodying the vision of home as an ideal sanctuary within poetic mountains and waters. Drawing from the “livable and wanderable” composition of classical landscape paintings, the space is elegantly divided by semi-transparent “mountain silhouette” screens featuring metal frames inlaid with intricate cloisonné enamel glass; through carefully choreographed spatial sequences, striking visual focal points infused with landscape motifs, and meticulously layered details, visitors are immersed in the grand narrative of a living scroll from the moment they step inside. Rising above the monotony of conventional modern luxury, the design offers an unparalleled cultural and artistic experience that not only captivates but also establishes a formidable competitive edge in the market, where tradition and innovation converge to redefine the art of dwelling. Given the compressed project schedule requiring phased construction, the execution strategy integrates parallel progress for base hardscaping and art installations with pre-reserved mounting points, while addressing the key challenge that handcrafted elements such as cloisonné enamel glass and metal-etched screens demand a 30–45-day production lead time overlapping with the master timeline. To resolve this, the team adopts phased construction by synchronizing base hardscaping and art installation workflows with pre-planned openings for later fixture integration, as well as modular prefabrication with factory-assembled units for swift on-site installation, effectively minimizing potential delays.
