The Nanjing Guanyunrunfu Display Center, a collaboration between China Resources Land and BA Design, is located in Yuhuatai District. Covering 42,000 square meters with a total floor area of 132,000 square meters, this project seamlessly blends Nanjing’s rich historical essence with modern urban living through its "Oriental Seclusion Luxury" concept. This design philosophy reinterprets the elegance of traditional Jiangnan gardens within contemporary residential spaces, creating environments that harmonize classical grace with modern appeal.

Innovative features like dual sunken courtyards transcend conventional boundaries between indoor and outdoor areas, offering visitors an immersive natural experience. The minimalist geometric structure, enhanced by ultra-clear glass facades, ensures visual lightness and seamless integration with the surroundings, embodying the concept of "boundaryless views."
