HAOYU Times Premier Residences

HAOYU Times Premier Residences is located on the west side of Rizhao City, Shandong Province, with excellent access to the roads around the site, while its south side is close to the water system. Based on the way of borrowing the scene from the outside, creating the landscape from the outside, and building the scene from the inside, the design realizes the performance from the two directions of "outward" and "inward".

The waterfront landscape on the south side is borrowed to arrange townhouses and bungalows from south to north, and the buildings are arranged from low to high to maximize the value of the waterfront view. On the west side of the site there is a water channel created by running water from the south side of the site, forming a flowing water landscape on this side. The west and south sides of the project are surrounded by water, so that the houses seem to be surrounded by jade belts.

The design elements in the community involve sunken courtyards and underground club space, garden space, activity areas for children of all ages, leisure space in front of the house, fitness activity space, etc. The plan introduces the concept of a "collection of courtyards" to maximize the use of the limited space within the site and create new shared space to bring fresh community life scenes.

The facade design emphasizes keywords such as "modern", "exquisite" and "borderless", and the low saturation color style creates a temperament separation between the project and the surrounding existing residences, thereby improving the project identification and enhancing the urban appearance. The minimalist approach to the facade design and the concise shape of the roof and the curved corner treatment highlight the fluid aesthetic of the facade. The lateral curved lines bring a sense of refinement to the facade, making the overall building look simpler and lighter.
