The temporary sales office will be demolished after the completion of the marketing function, and converted into a community activity place to exist continuously. Therefore, the reuse of material resources becomes indispensable. Based on the three aspects of "green art", "harmony" and "delicacy", the design strengthens the outdoor life style of Green Town brand. At the same time, the integration of Dalian’s grand and magnificent feature and its exquisite urban temperament, starting from the use needs of children, young people, the elderly and other people of different ages, this case tailors outdoor functional venues, to retain a better living space.
In terms of material selection and technology, this case combines functionality with artistry, and presents the scene atmosphere with elegant charm in a free and fluent modern way. The pavement is made of more environment-friendly man-made imitation stone brick, with good flame retardant, wear-resistant, arbitrary cutting and other characteristics. The landscape wall adopts the dry hanging form, which avoids the grouting process, shortens the construction period, improves the decoration quality and visual effect, and makes the wall materials reusable in the construction of large areas, so as to avoid the waste caused by the demolition after one-time use. In addition, the waterscape not only enhances the ornamental, but also has the effect of water storage, creating conditions for rainwater reuse, forming a good landscape ecology. At the same time, it really achieves the goal of water saving and emission reduction.
Stepping further into the space, the transition space uses the texture of broken lines and parallel lines, interspersed in the plane and vertical space, showing the abstract texture of forest branches. Meanwhile, simplify the planting methods of plants, and show the straggling and hierarchical green space with a small number of varieties and simple plant forms.
Although this case is adjacent to the seaside, the design team does not stick to the ocean or other local elements. Instead, it goes the opposite way. Starting from the theme that the surrounding areas do not have, it creatively creates a forest exploration journey for visitors.
