Property Studios designed and created a full suite of marketing material for Promenade Gate, Portobello, a small and exclusive development of contemporary new build apartments, located in a seaside suburb of Edinburgh. Taking the time to understand the client, and with a forward thinking and innovative approach from the outset, was fundamental to the creation of this marketing material, which included full branding, professional copywriting and photography, interior and exterior CGI visualisations, design and creation of a quality, magazine style brochure and microsite for the development.
