The Lake Island

The project is located in the core area of Western Science City, Chongqing High-tech Zone. As a modern new city with integrated development of industry, education, research, commerce and residence, this area uses advanced urban planning and industrial layout technologies to build an efficient and collaborative development model, and the value of this area has the potential to continuously increase in the future. In terms of transportation, the project is adjacent to Chongqing West High-speed Railway Station. With the help of efficient transportation hub connection technology, it realizes rapid connection with the external transportation network and can reach Jiangbei International Airport within half an hour. Meanwhile, the intelligent traffic management system is adopted within the area to ensure a fast and smooth traffic environment both inside and outside, with convenient access in all directions.
The project consists of four parcels of land, with the terrain sloping downward from north to south and from east to west, and the maximum height difference reaching 9 meters. In the planning and layout stage, Geographic Information System (GIS) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies are used to accurately analyze the terrain and landform, and the land is divided into two major areas: the urban vitality area on the west side and the elite luxury area on the east side. The west group simulates the spatial feeling of seclusion through Virtual Reality (VR) technology, sets up multi-level landscape belts, and extends the interest of seclusion to each owner's journey home by using the intelligent navigation system. The space of the western garden apartment cluster adopts an elegant space axis sequence design, and combines with the intelligent security and access control system to create a sense of mansion etiquette and a safe and comfortable living environment for returning home.
