The project is located in Qingshan Lake, Lin'an, with excellent surrounding natural ecology and convenient transportation. The beautiful scenery composed of metasequoia and lake water has become the natural material for design. At the beginning of the consideration, the concept of "restoring nature" was established to create a modern oriental style space. Natural elements such as colors and light and shadow are extracted from the lake environment and integrated into the space design, aiming to make the building and nature coexist and create a comfortable and poetic experience place for people. The insight is that respecting nature, excavating regional characteristic elements and using them skillfully can endow the space with a unique soul and charm, making it a medium for the communication between human and nature. There are many highlights in this case. In terms of design techniques, the symmetrical aesthetics is used to create a viewing atrium, stabilize the spatial proportion, make the indoor installations echo the outdoor lake view, and achieve the integration of nature and humanity; the space blanking technique is adopted to create a simple, elegant, transparent and bright atmosphere in the sand table area, allowing the lake view and light to be naturally integrated; the wooden structure soft decoration is used to shape the natural texture and give the negotiation area primitive and free tension. The innovation lies in the unique color matching, selecting natural color systems to create a quiet and elegant atmosphere; the material selection is rich and pays attention to the texture contrast, such as the combination of natural travertine and antique copper metal to highlight the oriental charm. Different from other sales centers, this project emphasizes the in-depth integration of natural elements and the creation of spatial artistic conception, bringing customers an immersive natural and humanistic experience, with significant market differentiation.This project has significant results in terms of green sustainability. On the material procurement, most materials are selected from local products to reduce carbon emissions caused by long-distance transportation; some waste building materials are recycled and reused for interior decoration after recycling and processing,reflecting the concept of circular economy.
