The POWERCHINA Beijing Daxing 2-002A Land Project features a modern, minimalist facade that blends POWERCHINA’s cultural essence with local characteristics, while integrating the “mountain-meets-sea” geography into the spatial design to create a dynamic “living bay” within compact dimensions. The landscape design emphasizes sustainability through low-carbon practices so that residents are encouraged to embrace eco-friendly behaviors, thus fostering a shared and sustainable community lifestyle.

In crafting the landscape, the design team follows the theme of “Mountain and River Journey,” capturing the experience of wandering through nature as framed scenic moments, abstractly transformed into community living experiences. Through the seven themes of Explore, Reveal, Admire, Relax, Observe, Retreat, and Dance, the design paints a natural tableau that blends urban refinement with natural aesthetics, while infusing a relaxed, refined lifestyle concept to create an elevated, resort-like experience.
