The Muse Art Apartment, located in the Jing'an Temple district of Shanghai, is the first urban renewal residential project built on the concept of art collections. Starting from real estate strategy, the project is defined by brand positioning, developed through product research, and grounded in community marketing, collectively shaping the development model of the Muse Collection. The Muse Art Apartment offers a new definition of spatial aesthetics. The entire Muse Art Apartment is divided into four types: MUSE A, MUSE B, MUSE C, and MUSE D. With artistic vision and brand insight, Ateliers JZPY captures inspiration from four different demographics, extracting commonalities in taste while using color and quality to express four personalities.
MUSE A:The Filmmaker's Home. This poetic space for filmmaker adopts the concept of Britain-style hung windows, creating timeless classic windows built to the highest contemporary standards. The overall design embodies the essence of the old-money style.
MUSE B:The Collector's Home
The design of this unit feels like an artistic studio and social venue for a collector. The thoughtful use of curves enhances the space's flow and visual appeal. The ideal scale combined with the best views makes this space a unique aerial villa above the city line of Shanghai, truly one of a kind.
MUSE C: The Fashion Blogger's Home
Welcome to the home of a fashion blogger, where classic Nordic design meets fashionable INS style. The perfect proportions, well-defined spaces, and modern combinations create a living environment that appears trendy and charming.
MUSE D:The Architect's Home
This unit brings the essence of upscale New York style to Shanghai, with a spacious living and dining area integrated together. The architect’s favorite horizontal arched windows transform home time into a pleasurable experience. In terms of style and color, it reflects a blend of an architect's and a filmmaker's abode, full of nostalgia, scene-setting, and a classic use of contrasting color blocks that transport you into a cinematic world. The space also merges the comfort of a luxury hotel with the practicality of a high-end residence.
