Xinyue Mansion

The New Joy Mansion project is not just a residential area but also a living artwork that integrates profound historical culture with modern living concepts. Situated in the Zhengding New District of Shijiazhuang City, the project delves deep into the planning axis of the Zhengding Ancient City to create a multi-level garden system with a "single axis, multiple cores" concept, allowing the long-standing cultural heritage of Zhengding Ancient City to rejuvenate with new vitality in modern design concepts (design concept).
At the outset of the design, we aimed to explore the essence of "residence" and investigate the relationship between "humans and nature" and "nature and living." Therefore, we integrated the landscape of the Garden Expo Park on the east side into the New Joy Mansion project, with small high-rises as the core landscape radiating outwards to form multiple clusters, proposing the concept of creating a "forest living community." "Forest living" is not just a marketing slogan; we hope to allow users to intuitively experience it. Therefore, the demonstration area is located on the east side, combined with the main entrance on the east side for a realistic presentation. Additionally, we extended the demonstration area's landscape into the larger area, creating a nearly 10,000 square meter ecological field where buildings are scattered within nature, enhancing interaction between people and nature, fostering a gentle and close living relationship (landscape design).
Using a "enclosure" planning system, the outer ring of high-rises and the core villas follow the principle of "light outside and deep inside" in color distribution; the cool silver-white aluminum panels of the outer ring contrast with the weighty red brick culture of the core area, forming a harmonious dialogue between modernity and tradition. The aim is to create a space that gradually settles from the outside in, enriching and harmonizing the color levels of the entire community (building colors).
