In the planning and design of this project, through in-depth analysis and research of the project in all aspects, closely integrating with the regional characteristics of Baiyun New Town, it is strived to harmoniously integrate the building with the surrounding natural landscape environment. The design follows the urban construction concept of "combining the beauty of mountains and waters with the wisdom of science and innovation" advocated by Baiyun Lake Digital Technology City, and constructs a modern urban community integrating high-tech industrial energy levels and ecological friendliness, so as to shape an iconic image of the city gateway.
In modern society, a natural and quiet living life has become the ideal realm that people pursue, and it also represents a fashionable life taste. Introducing the vitality, birdsong and flower fragrance of nature into thousands of households and integrating it into daily life has become the most remarkable feature of this design.
In the architectural shape design, a combination of frame lines is adopted to create a richly layered facade effect, reflecting the design concept of stability, low-key, simplicity and elegance.
For the residential tower part, we avoid the accumulation of complicated decorations and overly simple and rigid building lines. The bottom design focuses on stability and neatness, the roof part pursues grandeur and openness, and the bay windows and balcony moldings in the middle carefully supplement the detailed design, presenting an overall visual effect of solemn elegance and rich connotations.
In the design of the sales center, a simple and bright glass curtain wall is adopted, combined with local line textures to highlight the texture of the material itself and reflect the connotation and style of the product. Using simple and innovative decorative elements and technologies such as punched aluminum plates, a facade effect with the characteristics of the demonstration area is created.
