Amaia Steps the Junction Place is Amaia’s latest mid-rise condominium project built between two of Quezon City’s most highly utilized thoroughfares namely Tandang Sora Avenue and Quirino Highway. It is a fully-developed community inside a ten-hectare mixed used development which features a seamless integration of residential, commercial and recreational components that fit the needs of nearby communities.
The residential development consists of five residential buildings that were spaced in between amenities and road access for greater land utilization, thus providing Amaia residents with sustainable living through amenities that they can live in. The project can accommodate a total of five hundred and ten residential units, consisting of three configurations of units. The building envelope and design is straightforward which functionality is highly considered and thought of. The exterior wall of the building consists of more light and less dark wall color elements that create a pattern and depth, which achieves balance and results in a simple aesthetic look.
Selection of units are categorized as Studio, One-bedroom and Two-bedroom. The floor area of approximately 23 square meters in studio units is optimized to fit general areas that are needed by the occupant. Next configuration is a one-bedroom unit which has a total area of approximately 31 square meters and has a generous amount of space for a bedroom. Last configuration is a two-bedroom unit consists a total area of approximately 48 square meters. This unit layout is perfect for a family as it contains multiple bedrooms and giving a large amount of space for general areas.
Considering natural lighting and air ventilation on every unit, selection of right sized and quality windows is given attention to. This allows for a greater illumination on every unit and contribute to sustainability by reducing energy consumption and improving indoor air quality and thermal comfort. Provision for air-condition and washing machine are already provided in every unit to achieve convenience for the residents.
