Zheng Ding Xinmao Mansion

This project is located in the ancient city - Zhengding, Shijiazhuang, Hebei. The design team adheres to the concept of "inheriting the ancient city style and creating a livable mansion", integrating the unique charm of Zhengding's ancient city into the design. The aim is to create a culturally rich community for the residents, full of the historical essence of the ancient city.
Zheng Ding Xinmao Mansion inherits the ancient city style of the Tang and Song dynasties in China. The design team has drawn inspiration from the grand bracket sets and columns, reinterpreting and reconstructing them with modern design techniques. The meticulous details enhance the project's sense of value and character. At the same time, traditional elements unique to classical architecture serve as core decorations, offering residents a spatial experience unique to traditional Chinese architecture, while also meeting the functional needs of modern living.
In the overall space and planning of the project, the design team based the layout on the traditional layout of Chinese cities, creating a central axis symmetry pattern. Combined with the "five courtyards" homecoming layout, this design allows residents to experience a progressive transition from "city-community-neighborhood space-home space", cleverly distinguishing between private and public spaces.
Additionally, the adaptive design approach of this project allows it to perfectly integrate into the ancient city of Zhengding, becoming part of the cultural heritage of Zhengding. It injects new vitality into the inheritance and promotion of the ancient city's culture.
