Back to Grass pays homage to one of Ayala Land’s campaigns from the late 90s – “from grass to glass” – highlighting the company’s enhanced land efforts. It was an era when cities took pride in the number of high-rise buildings as symbols of economic progress.
The focus of ALI has always been on serving communities rather than towering skyscrapers. Their developments prioritize growth while preserving the environment for future generations.
Amidst the pandemic, people were searching for places where they could unwind in open spaces. People started to appreciate the value of green and open expanses that wrap around and connect communities. ALI has integrated all these features in all their estates which aligns with sustainability standards and practices. Therefore, ALI strives to demonstrate that:
• It builds sustainable communities that adhere to the true meaning of preservation.
• It creates spaces that are thoughtfully master-planned to foster community growth and prove a breathable environment.
• It puts prioritization of fostering connections of people, recognizing the happiness and contentment they cultivate.
• Its inclusive approach to everyone’s needs in the community.
“Back to Grass” showcases the commitment of ALI to a balanced life of progress and wellness, evolving to meet community needs and priorities. The video shows ALI’s meticulous master-planning where it focuses on the essential aspects of an individual’s life: spaces to grow, quality time with loved ones, meaningful connections built, and sustainable opportunities that lead to success.
‘Malasakit’ (concern in English) is demonstrated through the video as it highlights building sustainable communities for people which is aligned with its tagline. “Back to Grass” focuses on grassroots initiatives and giving back to the community across all developments.
The video was published on Facebook and YouTube garnering 5,506,875 total impressions, 2,502,928 engagements, and an average of 114.22% engagement rate.
