Illuminated by titanium-plated pendant lights and adorned with the intricate patterns of slab tiles, the entire space presents a refined taste, providing residents with an elegant and pleasant ambiance.

Considering the homeowner’s attention to abundant natural light, we thoughtfully exploited white louvered windows to adjust the sunlight to gleam through freely. This design allows the interior to bask in ample sunlight without artificial lighting during the day. Pondering the homeowner’s frequent gatherings with family and friends, we artfully removed the existing partition walls in the dining area, creating a well-lit and unimpeded communal space that fosters seamless communication and strengthens emotional bonds. Simultaneously, the kitchen features spacious appliance cabinets and a versatile island equipped with electrical outlets and storage, cultivating a comfortable cooking space to meet the owner’s frequent culinary endeavors and hosting needs. The agreeable layouts transform the residence into more than just a personal dwelling but a neighborly hub for shared joy and connection.

We install solar panels on the rooftop that efficiently power the entire household and provide hot water. Moreover, prioritize non-toxic green building materials and eco-friendly coatings, coupled with well-lit interiors that negate artificial lighting, creating an environmentally friendly and energy-efficient haven for the residents.
With safety in mind, we thoughtfully employed all kitchen sockets with ground fault circuit interrupters and installed an IH induction cooktop, ensuring a secure cooking environment for the dweller. Additionally, recognizing the homeowner’s pet dog, soft furnishings and hard finishes are made from waterproof and anti-scratch materials. The flooring retains its original polished quartz tiles, facilitating easy maintenance for a clean and tidy living space.
