Aisha House in Tsada

The design compliments the exact taste and needs of the client, which concluded in an eight-bedroom villa (6 family members and occasionally the two grandparents or the guests) that is one with nature. The client requested facilities that will allow him to enjoy a luxurious lifestyle in the comfort of his own home; this includes a spa relaxing, gym, and a cinema room. Another client requirement was the ease and convenience of driving into the garage and walking into the kitchen. The design creates a holiday atmosphere allowing the client to escape from the everyday stress of working in an enclosed workspace. He will be able to relax indoors while being in touch with nature due to the panoramic glass doors and the open plan design.
This villa was designed to the highest standards; the design was influenced by the panoramic mountain views. The house takes advantage of the many beautiful elements of Cyprus, such as the spectacular weather and natural beauty, aesthetically inspiring the client with the feeling of freedom. In addition, the shape and the layout of the house protect it from the road noises and emphasize the views and the direct relation with the garden.
The design of the house has an L shape which gives the house a modern concept. Floor-to-ceiling windows facilitate designs that blend the boundaries of indoor and outdoor space. Also, these elements allowed the house to be aerodynamic, therefore creating a natural airflow. The local stone lends a timeless quaint quality. Meanwhile, soft, muted tones and high-quality finishes ensure that contemporary aesthetic has been rightfully indulged, and practicality has been perfectly blended into the wider home.
