Chengdu Grand TianFu

The architectural design inspiration of the Grand TianFu does not only withstand the time consuming but also takes lead in the market. It incorporates advanced MIXING design concepts and traditional weaving arts from Chengdu. The whole project is full of surprises and sincerity on every design aspect, no matter in planning design, architectural design, landscape design, interior layout design and material selection.
In terms of master planning design, the deign aims to weave the six plots into the urban context. It deeply integrates into the living scene of Tianxi which is fully supported by the high-end resources in the neighborhood. The design creates a strong sense of luxury urban living for the urban elite. By privatizing the public landscape and energizing the public streets, life is no longer confined by either indoor or outdoor areas within the community, but is constructed by the "one vertical axis and three horizontal axis and multiple loops" throughout the entire area.
The main central axis does not only create the landscape features but also functionally provides a humanized walkway, six matrix-style impressive entrances and a luxury drop-off area. By externalizing the vehicle path, the flow of vehicles is minimized while maintaining accessibility and convenience.
In terms of façade design, the buildings are cladded in the whole curtain wall system featured by aluminum panels in the forms of distinct lines and smooth curves. By using comprehensive methods such as open gables, segmented changes and skyline, the design expresses the modern and simple architectural style. Besides, the design adopts the elements of the Chengdu’s traditional weaving arts which creates the interweaving lines in the façade design. Finally, the building is simply cladded in curtain walls and aluminum panel. As a result, the building still looks aesthetic and not to be outdated even after 10 years.
