ZARSION CENTRY MANSION

The project is located on the south bank of the Songhua River in Jilin City, to the east side of the Cultural and Sports Central Park. The site is low in the west and high in the east, and the height difference is large. As a result, the west side is raised to design a suspended commercial area, on which the 15-storey high-rise residential space is built to create a layered three-dimensional living style. The entrance core landscape axis allows the landscape spaces to connect each other. When it comes to the facade design, the red brick material with a sense of history and fashion is adopted, together with modern design approach, the excess decorative lines are removed to create a highly recognizable new red brick style.

The overall spatial planning presents the spatial form of "three horizontal, two vertical and one looped center", creating a garden-like experience of space grand passage corridor. Based on the functional type, the space is divided into block-type places and community-type places. The locally-friendly commercial street along the street reduces the interference to the inner community as much as possible, and the hotel-like home-returning lobby realizes the progression from the urban block space to the community space, the transition from the external environment to the internal environment, and the uplift from the low-elevation block to the park platform community, and the vision of living is also expanded. The central large-scale garden among the buildings not only maintains the privacy of living, but also enhances the integrity and symbiosis of the landscape. It emphasizes simple pedestrian flow lines and varied landscape layout. In addition, the harmony between man and nature has also been highlighted to achieve harmonious coexistence between man and the natural ecological environment, and man and architecture thus become a part of nature.
