The biggest difficulty of this project lies in the treatment of the interface space of the two house types, how to make the two house types perfectly integrated is a problem that the designer had to focus on.
From an overall point of view, the large area of 200 square meters is able to focus on various functions such as living, socializing and entertainment, providing owners with a spacious and airy spatial experience. At the same time, the large flat design breaks the up and down pattern of traditional residence, placing all functional spaces on the same level, which not only maintains the integration and unity of space, but also realizes the privacy needs of the residents. The designers also set up large floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing residents to have a better view and a broader landscape space to enjoy a superior visual experience. At the same time, this is also a full-life cycle house type. The designers have taken into account the needs of different family members, such as one-person households, newlyweds, families with many children, etc. It is suitable for long-term living, and is therefore known as a "one-step" house type.
