World's Apex

The "World's Apex" is a significant development project located near Taoyuan International Airport. The comprehensive public space design aims to fulfill the diverse needs of residents, ranging from fitness and entertainment to business and social interactions, providing a multifaceted living experience. The integration of modern comfort and luxury throughout the project offers residents a luxurious and multifunctional living environment.

The design concept for the space focuses on harmoniously blending natural surroundings with architectural structures, creating a pleasant and harmonious living environment. Sustainable building materials and techniques have been incorporated throughout the construction process to minimize the project's environmental impact. We have integrated extensive green spaces into the community design, including parks, gardens, and tree-lined walkways, not only enhancing the community's aesthetics but also offering residents leisure and recreational areas to interact with nature and enjoy fresh air.

In terms of social spaces, we have designed a diverse array of facilities, including outdoor relaxation areas, a light snack bar, a fitness center, a basketball court, a children's playground, KTV rooms, and mahjong halls. These modern spaces provide residents with various fitness and entertainment options, promoting a sense of community and social cohesion among residents.

For business-related needs, we have thoughtfully planned meeting rooms and negotiation areas, providing residents with spaces to hold meetings, business discussions, or social gatherings. Additionally, we offer guest accommodation suites for the convenience of residents' family and business guests.
The overall design features flowing curves that guide movement, creating a sense of modern fluidity. We have used youthful materials, including titanium-coated metals and sleek stones, complemented by crystal chandeliers, to elevate the luxurious ambiance and enhance the visual appeal of the space. Attention has been paid to ensuring a consistent visual design both inside and outside the buildings, ensuring that the community's appearance and interior facilities exude a high level of aesthetics.
