Greentown always emphasizes the coordination and integration of architecture, fine decoration, and landscape, forming a unique product aesthetics. The "Yunlu" series products start from three specialties, work together with Chinese design masters, inherit their style essence, and reflect the aesthetic conception of the East. The facade embodies the essence of "Eastern concealment and future elegance", following the principles of Chinese construction, taking inspiration from the modernist architectural theme, and interpreting Eastern aesthetics. Fine decoration design combines Eastern aesthetic cultural elements with modern design concepts and provides rich configurations. The space aligns with the core concept of "human and nature" in the green city, relying on the natural potential to hide the scenery in the garden, extract local culture, and create a poetic eastern painting. The facade of Yunlu in Yongxi, Hangzhou adopts the traditional form and expresses the Eastern charm with modern architectural language order. Low saturation golden lines, warm gray stone combined with black eaves reflect an elegant Song style aesthetic.
The interior adopts a column less steel structure, with a large glass width of about 52m. Through the gardening techniques of stacking stones and managing water, the Eastern and natural style is spread like a folding fan on the lakeside. The North District Club is an underground space located in the "Fan Pavilion" area, combined with functions such as a constant temperature swimming pool and sports and fitness, expressing poetic and artistic charm and sports vitality.
