The project is located in the Cultural and Creative Port of Ningbo's core district, aiming to develop a world-class riverside cultural and creative industry space. This case is positioned as a public space for the city's trendy toy culture center, with the first floor serving as a trendy toy culture display area, and the second floor housing an art exhibition area and a riverside coffee bar.

This case is situated at the confluence of the Yong River, Yao River, and Fenghua River, enjoying a unique natural resource advantage.


3.Innovation:
A. The Shape of Flowing River Water:
The interior space's lines and shapes are inspired by the flow of the river, utilizing the diverse forms of the Yong River to shape the spatial layout, presenting a dynamic and rich exterior feature. This design not only adds to the aesthetic appeal of the building but also integrates nature into it, endowing the space with rich layers and creating a diverse and shared social environment.

B. Trendy Toy Art IP:
Incorporating exquisite trendy toys such as BEAR BRICK bears and KAWS figures into the soft furnishing space enhances the artistic sense of the space. These trendy toy IP elements are not only decorative but also interactive with visitors, creating a combination of entertainment and creativity, and producing a unique cultural experience.

C. Functional Spaces and Interactive Experience:
The space creates multiple areas with different functions, including exhibition areas, art studios, and riverside coffee shops, offering visitors a variety of experiences. The creation of interactive experiences, such as art creation zones, allows visitors to personally feel the charm of culture.
