PRIVATE MANSION XIAMEN

The project is located at the intersection of Qianpu West Road and Cailing Road in Siming District, Xiamen. It boasts a prime location and excellent supporting resources. The design pays meticulous attention to details such as the facade, garage, and layout, with over 50% window-to-wall ratio, a bright and exquisitely decorated underground parking lot, and a luxurious atmosphere befitting high-end residences.
The facade design draws inspiration from the meticulous craftsmanship of Rolls-Royce, constructing a classic proportionate aesthetic and an exquisitely carved matrix of beautiful proportions, outlining a high-quality urban image. While emphasizing the utilization of internal landscapes, the design also focuses on making the building itself a striking landmark within the external environment.
Departing from traditional design techniques, the project takes the creation of a sophisticated lifestyle as its starting point, approaching it from an artistic perspective to create an art boutique community that embodies a sense of modernity, sculpture, and refined taste. Through horizontal lines, interplay between large and small volumes, layered and dynamic changes, and a rhythmic sense of vertical visuality, it fully embodies the aesthetic beauty of upscale residences. The individual facades form rich variations in volume and sequence, while the color scheme exudes an elegant tone. Transparent spaces and exquisite details express a sense of modernity, making the building the protagonist of both the internal and external landscapes.
The community's interior landscape adopts a brand-new aesthetic concept, integrating overhead and boundary-less permeation, achieving a fusion of park greening and overhead spaces without boundaries.
Exploring the relationship between humans and nature, as well as humans and space, the design creates a place for aesthetic experiential interaction by fostering a sense of flow and immersion. It responds to local cultural symbols and connects them through carefully designed thematic spaces, satisfying users' pursuit of artistic living. The elegant style flows and extends throughout the space.
The form is outwardly unrestrained, blending into the surroundings without being overly eye-catching but just in the right measure.
