GND N+ Design, in the soft decoration design of the sales office, combines the project’s design concept and community life needs, using “Theme IP” X “Diverse Life” as the entry point, to establish a more intimate interactive relationship with users, creating a coffee aesthetic life hall that integrates trend, design, cultural creation, social interaction, and life.
Taking the chief happiness officer of Fuzhou Urban and Rural, the rabbit - A Zong IP as the prototype, it extracts social elements of young people in the new era and evolves into four forms of A Zong. Through the creation of themed IPs and situational storytelling, it connects business with culture, adding more value to the space.
The soft decoration design cleverly uses structural columns to create a theme of green jungles, injecting vitality into the space. With movable display cabinets, viewing card seats, scattered seats, and a quiet and warm space atmosphere, it meets the new social ways of residents and community exchanges, gatherings, interactive checks, parent-child interactions, leisure tea drinking, etc., creating an imaginative future life scene.
