“Proud Hereditary” is located next to Costco in the northern district of Tainan City, with many green areas and schools in the vicinity. The site is located in a quiet alley, while the surrounding business district is bustling. To enhance the taste and quality of life, the project retains a 6-meter wide atrium corridor, while the interiors have 3.4 to 3.6-meter high ceilings, which are conducive to lighting, air circulation, and a serene atmosphere.
The exterior of the buildings is pure white with a warm gray tone, combined with a partial dark gray granite pattern to highlight the understated luxury. Various elements intertwine to create a timeless aesthetic. It is worth mentioning that the combination of multiple rectangles with staggered heights prevents the windows from being directly exposed to wind, sun, and rain, and also creates a diverse and transformative organic aesthetic. Furthermore, the large windows allow natural light to illuminate the interior, enhancing the brightness.
