Located in the old city of Hongshan District of Chifeng City, the site is close to Songshan District on the north side and New urban area on the west side, enjoying the resources of the three districts. The project is 2Km away from Chifeng South Railway Station and 1Km away from Wanda Mall, which is the core of the regional core. In terms of traffic, Jiefang West Street on the north side of the plot is the main road of the city, and its east and south sides are planned roads to be built, and the flow of people mainly comes from the west side.

Based on the geographical location, the planning maximizes the value of the plot. The large central landscape, multi-level courtyard landscape and landscape nodes with pleasant scale make people accompanied by green space wherever they are, creating a green livable and vibrant living community. A park can not only present scenery, but also express a way of life. There are nearly 30,000 square meters of theme park inside and outside the community. The project has about 106-meter ultra-wide floor spacing, a green rate of about 50%, and 65% of the apartments face the central garden in the south view, realizing zero distance between life and nature.

In the large frame of the facade, the architects hope to express the modern sense of urban renewal with a simple form and an overall, rational facade grid. The project starts with the proportion relationship of the building form, and uses horizontal lines to run through the entire building facade, and changes the visual proportion relationship of the building by vertical lines. The relationship between physical emptiness and solidness has been refined and optimized, and the sense of presentation of the building has been emphasized, finally presenting a proportionate, tidy, balanced and integrated facade effect, and achieving a win-win situation of appearance applicability and quality. The residential facade without excess aluminum plate decorative lines is concise and tidy, reflecting the design thinking of "low cost, good taste".
