The client has a strong focus on urban renewal initiatives with a "people first, district-based, public participatory" approach. The client's two core businesses include redevelopment and rehabilitation, as well as preservation, revitalisation, and retrofitting, all aimed at creating a sustainable and high-quality living environment for the people of Hong Kong. The client adopts a comprehensive and holistic approach to urban renewal, emphasizing the importance of community engagement and participation in the process.

Our design is a clear demonstration of the client's commitment to sustainability and human-centric innovation. Inspired by the natural beauty and resilience of tree rings, we have created a visually stunning design that highlights the client's brand history and sustainable development philosophy. The concentric circles signify the client's ongoing progress towards a sustainable future and reinforce their values and mission to prioritize people's needs.

We have incorporated circular and elliptical design elements throughout our design, with designed ceilings and feature walls that add visual interest and create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The use of wood as the primary color tone adds a natural and organic feel to the space, promoting a sense of tranquility and relaxation. Our design also includes unique furniture and fixtures that are ergonomically designed for comfort and efficiency, further enhancing the user experience. The smart control system and movable partition system in our design allow for flexible use of space while also maximizing energy efficiency and reducing waste. Overall, our design is focused on providing a comfortable and user-friendly experience that aligns with the client's commitment to sustainability and contributes to a more socially responsible and inclusive society.
