Amaia Property Management Group

Formed in 2019 with just 3 employees, Amaia’s Property Management Group (PMG), has made tremendous strides in just 4 years. Previously, Amaia obtained services of a 3rd party property management firm. Amaia’s PMG has proved that its lean and home-grown team could match/exceed the performance of established PM firms. Currently, its 10-employee team handles 205 properties (7 subdivisions, 28 satellite offices, multiple model units in 36 locations and several retail units within 4 condominiums). PMG preserves and enhances the property's value and supports Amaia’s vision of improving the quality of life of Filipinos. Its main driver of success is team’s dedication, innovative spirit and “malasakit” (caring beyond the call of duty).

While Amaia’s developments cater to the affordable market, its PMG was efficient and resourceful in creating improvements in service and quality. The team has achieved faster turn-around times in repairs, maintenance and village enhancements by directly employing/supervising handymen instead of engaging external contractors. It more strictly enforced the Deed of Restrictions, which enhances and preserves values within the village, a major differentiation versus other affordable developments. It built a culture of Zero Incidents by conducting regular Life Safety and Emergency Preparedness Drills and issuing safety reminders to residents. The team forged closer relations with government agencies and made relevant services available in the village for the convenience of residents. It also embarked on various health initiatives, including vaccinations and testing. Homeowner relations improved and occupancy increased because of a more inviting community atmosphere created by social events, services offered and an efficient administration team. Aside from holding gatherings during occasions such as Christmas, Easter, etc., various sports activities were also organized to promote camaraderie and health. Finally, sustainability initiatives including waste management briefings were rolled out. A major program was the tree planting and backyard gardening done in collaboration with the government.

As reflected by high customer survey ratings, Amaia PMG successfully created a safe, healthy and sustainable community where residents thrive, cooperate and live in harmony.
