Thrive at Montvale is an Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care community totaling 213,000 square feet, located off the Garden State Parkway and nearby to the serene Lake Tappan. In a time of caution and isolation, Thrive Montvale looks to and promotes an optimistic return of gathering and good company – not only between the residents who live in the community, but with the Township of Montvale. From inception, we’ve envisioned a place that would not only draw people in, but together. The invention of the Social Court - a generous interior greenspace - enables vibrant outdoor social connectivity to residents, family, and friends while allows natural light to flood in the interior of the community. The heart of Thrive Montvale began with the concept of organic pathways meandering from gardens to interiors – with courtyards becoming living rooms as they meld with comfortable lounge areas. Natural textures and colors of materials and furnishings were pulled into living spaces to blur the lines between the exterior and interior. The Social Court includes ‘The Hub’, the community greenhouse, activity courts, as well as dining and lounge areas. Once inside, the amenities within challenge the standards of typical senior living. The Athlete Center includes a CrossFit inspired gym and personal training studio. Meraki Studio is the center for all artistic expressions.
