This is a common area planning project for a residential building, including a lobby, a gym, a community classroom, a children's playroom, and a pool sitting area. By creating exotic hotel-style public spaces, the residents will have an enjoyable and tranquil place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city for a short period and enjoy the tranquility and beauty of life. As soon as entering the lobby, one will find a large amount of warm wood and natural marble that are staggered with each other to create a calm and large space. In addition, warm lighting and light colors are used to create a tranquil atmosphere, which makes people slow down and settle their minds. Moving slowly to the gym, natural light is invoked through the floor-to-ceiling windows, bringing vitality and energy. Towards the children's playroom, the colorful configuration and tropical rainforest-like decorations liven up the space. In addition, there is a rest area for parents to watch the play area in real-time, providing a safe place for children to play. In addition, there is a reading center and classroom, providing residents with a quiet and private study space, and a yoga studio, providing residents with a place to cultivate their bodies and minds. Finally, a summer-only pool lounge area features a unique blend of Balinese décor. Instead of using off-the-shelf playing items in the children's playroom, the team's imagination creates new ways to play; in the pool lounge, an exotic atmosphere is injected, allowing residents to enjoy a relaxing vacation and a good mood every day.
